**The Opportunity**:
A rare opportunity for either an experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager has been newly created in their growing Adelaide office. You’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of industrial assets along side an experienced Asset Manager, and also have the support of a facilities manager. You’ll be sitting in an office with the broader team that manages the office and retail assets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a supportive environment with the support of an experienced and well respected manager across a portfolio of allocated industrial assets, where you will be responsible for:

- building and growing long term tenant relationships with the Asset Manager
- Income and debtor management & the associated reporting on budget vs actuals
- Build asset budgets in conjunction with the Asset Manager and monthly reporting on performance; reforecasting
- System and lease management
- Working with the facility management team to insure your assets are kept to the highest of standards
- Accountability for OH&S across the assets, ensuring their compliance and addressing of any incidents

The role is supported by a full portfolio team that comprises of legal, marketing, finance, development, project management, operations and asset management, as well as utilising external expertise and resources as required.

The team reports through to the Regional Asset Manager, and you will be part of a group that is not like that of any other business you’ll find in South Australia. They are adaptable, supportive, knowledgeable, offer progression and flexibility and just a good team of people that you will enjoy working with.

**The Profile**:
You will have experience managing (either directly or supporting a more experienced PM) industrial and /or commercial (office) assets gained from working ownerside or within an agency. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be a self starter. You must have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and take pride in the properties you look after.
