**About the Role**
As a Records & Information Officer, you will support records and information management operations to enhance business efficiency and ensure organisational compliance. You will provide expert advice on records management standards, policies, and processes while delivering quality assurance and monitoring programmes to drive continuous improvement. Building strong relationships across the University, you will support compliance and effective service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting records management programmes, including business analysis, identifying records requirements, and developing supporting processes.
- Administering and providing end-user support for records management systems to maintain data integrity, authenticity, and security.
- Interpreting and advising on records disposal requirements, ensuring compliance with retention policies and business needs.
- Leading projects and quality assurance initiatives to enhance records management practices, ensuring compliance with University policies and regulatory frameworks.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- A postgraduate qualification with extensive experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of records management standards, systems, and practices, including an understanding of external regulatory frameworks.
