About you

As People and Culture Support Officer you will be based at any Argyle Housing office. We are seeking a dynamic, engaging and experienced People and Culture Support Officer to join our small, yet productive, team.

**Skills and Experiences**:
The Role

In this role you will work closely with the GM, Corporate Services. As People & Culture Support Officer you will be responsible for providing superior administrative support to the People & Culture team promoting the smooth and accurate delivery of people and culture processes, focusing on recruitment across the organisation.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide administrative support for the coordination and delivery of learning development activities
- Provide administrative and system support for the orientation, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the creation and delivery of Corporate Services reporting as part of the reporting cycle and as required

Support GM, Corporate Services through diary management and as required
