**About The Position**

We are currently recruiting for a resourceful person with great people’s skills to join our small dynamic team providing In-Home Care Support Services.

Hours can be flexible as needed, we are happy to work with people who want to give full time hours to this role, as well as those who would like to fill in with a few hours a week.

Our clients are primarily Aged Care Individuals who require in home support. We provide support in various ways from assisting with domestic tasks and personal care to providing social support and transport services.

We also provide assistance to younger clients and children, who may have learning, developmental or social difficulties, and who need additional support in their homes. They have complex needs such as Autism, Bipolar, BPD as well as sometimes physical challenges.

We appreciate that our team members vary in experience and skill sets, and matching these skill sets with our client support needs is what works best for us. Further, we do also offer support to Disability Participants as well, and if your dream job is travelling around and meeting all sorts of people from many different backgrounds, this might be the position for you.

**Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in a related industry field.
- A current Working with Children’s Check.
- Recent National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- A valid driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance.
- Required Covid Vaccinations.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.96 - $81.51 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Certificate III or IV relevant to the industry (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
