What you’ll contribute to

The Digital Guest Services Division is responsible for providing the business and dealer network with technology systems and information services support enabling TMCA to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives. This creates a seamless and unique digital experience for our customers and guests through reliable and connected technology platforms.

The Analytics Delivery Lead is primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of minor Data Portfolio projects and visualizing and designing TMCA’s organizations data management framework. This will enable the Customer Intelligence team to ensure that we are meeting operational and strategic objectives.

This role is based in Port Melbourne and is a Permanent contract.

How you’ll make an impact- Implements and reviews agreed Data & Analytics systems, projects, data architecture to achieve Customer Intelligence objectives and align to the 2030 Company Vision- Provides advice on and assists in the development of policies and standards for Data & Analytics to achieve the Strategic Goals of TMCA- Plan and manage the delivery of approved minor projects using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure delivery of high-quality and reliable data & analytics solutions- Lead & support delivery team/s to successfully deliver all key milestones and project outcomes within scope, on time, on budget and to high standards- Monitors and analyses performance against targets for own area and recommends countermeasures where required to ensure that agreed objectives can be achieved- Provides specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost. Contributes to ongoing supplier management

Your attributes - If you’ve got one or more, we’d love to hear from you- Experience in Agile Project Delivery, Data & Analytics, creating a single customer view- Strong understanding of Agile Project Delivery and stakeholder management- Track record in successfully delivery Data & Analytics projects within a large and complex technical environment- Strong Vendor management skills- In-depth understanding of data and insights, delivery, and governance- Experience managing smaller projects and managing data architecture- A fun personality This is a new team within Toyota and looking for someone that wants to invest in their future
