**About the organization**:
Our client is an Australian resource company with world-class operations in regional QLD. With a strong focus on safety, they are focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. They are proud to create value for their stakeholders through sustainable development and have over 600 employees. This role will be based at the Head office in Brisbane. As the company is newly established, the preference would be for mostly face to face as you work to build relationships, systems and processes.

**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible for setting up the operational and strategic talent plan. Your key deliverables include:

- End to End Recruitment of about 30-40 roles at a time
- Develop and roll out an end-to-end recruitment process
- Consult with hiring managers to advise on recruitment activities and lifecycle
- Become the sourcing expert within the company
- Establish talent pools and relationships with key community groups
- Create and deliver Recruitment reporting to demonstrate value and performance
- Manage external suppliers
- Identify process and operational improvements including ATS implementation
- Drive and deliver on various HR/Recruitment projects

**About you**:
You are adaptable, flexible, go-getter with a great sense of humor You will have:

- High volume recruitment experience is a must
- You might come from an agency or an internal function but are used to working in a talent tight environment
- Are autonomous, self-driven and passionate about your work
- Tech savvy and comfortable leading a ATS implementation
- Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Are keen to establish face to face connections with your co-workers and clients
