We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our Fuels & Energy East team. You will provide support and will work closely with their Business Leaders and lead the Recruitment team to provide support on effective recruitment strategies, critical talent pipelining, advice on market insights & trends and manage all recruitment related matters

**About the role**
- Partnering with Business Leaders to determine recruitment plans and execute a best practice sourcing strategy for critical/complex roles
- Provide support into the tender process and mobilisation of large diverse projects
- Lead, coach and develop the Recruitment Business Partners both White & Blue Collar recruiters
- Work across the full recruitment process for senior level, or tough to fill positions.

**What are we looking for you to bring to the team**
- Previous strong experience in leading, coaching and managing a team, ensuring full integration of the team and ability to drive outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in building effective recruitment strategies with a focus on enhancing workforce diversity
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated strategic talent management experience in a complex business with strong experience in developing talent pools
- Experience working within recruitment systems (Taleo preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools with the ability to review current practices and implement continuous improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders, including at senior / executive level
