We are looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our team.

The role best suits someone who is self-driven, energetic and eager to develop their knowledge and skills across a broad range of HR functions. Based at our Wayville office in Adelaide, you’ll provide HR support to projects across Australia, including the opportunity to travel to remote projects as required.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- End to end high volume recruitment & onboarding;
- Providing IR/ER advice and support as required;
- Drive the performance feedback process with managers;
- Support and coach managers across a range of HR activities including performance management, succession planning, talent and reward processes & professional development.
- Injury and return to work management; and
- Participate in HR specific projects.

**Role Requirements**:

- Tertiary HR Qualification (_or equivalent_);
- Experience in a similar role;
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Office; and
- Experience with a HRIS system (_highly regarded_).
