We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist based at Nesuto Woolloomooloo. We need someone able to work independently and flexibly.
Nesuto Apartment Hotel Woolloomooloo in this prime location within the Sydney CBD is one of our most popular properties and representative of our brand. We’re looking for someone who embodies our key values: harmonious, empowered, caring and real.
**About the role**
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Occasional staying onsite to manage any call-outs after hours from guests as required
- Providing all guests and key stakeholders with exceptional customer service
- General front desk duties including checking guests in/out, making reservations, answering enquiries
- Assisting our housekeeping and maintenance teams along with basic maintenance.
- Must be available to work on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday as a minimum.
**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive work attitude and able to work in a small team environment
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Computer skills
- A hands on approach and 'CAN DO' attitude
- Critical thinking and ‘thinking outside the box'
- Experience handling cash and credit card transactions and shift balancing
