About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will drive sales and revenue growth within the SA, WA and NT Territory group - Specialty Stores, playing a critical role in our company's success. By taking ownership of sales targets and exceeding objectives, you will have a direct impact on our profitability. This commission-based role offers the opportunity to influence your earning potential through a performance-based compensation framework, with no capped earning potential. The Territory Manager - SA, WA and NT will be based in Perth or Adelaide.

Your responsibilities will centre on achieving and surpassing sales targets, ensuring the overall performance of your territory. This accountability fosters a sense of ownership and motivation. In addition to driving growth, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers in your territory. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will receive regular sales performance analysis and reporting tools. This enables you to monitor progress, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and refine sales strategies. With a comprehensive understanding of your territory's market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor landscape, you will seize opportunities, address challenges, and consistently achieve outstanding results.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Achieve Sales Targets**: Take full ownership of your territory's sales numbers and consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

**Forecasting and Planning**: Develop accurate and data-driven monthly and annual sales forecasts for your territory. Collaborate with the wider Sales Team, and other stakeholders to align plans with company-wide goals.

**Territory Management**: Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competition within your territory. Utilize this knowledge to identify sales opportunities and build effective sales strategies.

**Sales Influence**: Effectively communicate and persuade potential clients to choose our products/services over competitors. Employ strong negotiation and influencing skills to close deals and maximize sales outcomes.

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers. Foster a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Sales Performance Analysis**: Regularly analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Use this data-driven approach to optimize sales strategies and tactics.

**Sales Reporting**: Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Key Accounts - Specialists Manager and other relevant stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and outcomes.

**Collaborative Teamwork**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to achieve overall company objectives and improve sales efficiency.
