- Be the digital payments local expert for the company in Australia and New Zealand covering market intelligence, customer experience, laws, regulations and standards.
- Develop local payments strategies to ensure that the company’s payments vision is realised.
- Own relationships with banks, acquirers, vendors, regulators and others within the payments ecosystem.
- Own the ANZ product roadmap on payments including risk management, fraud and identity tools and solutions.
- Articulate customer value propositions and solution differentiation.
- Scope and prioritise changes based on business and customer impact.
- Manage and establish metrics that measure the success of existing and new payments tools, solutions, rules and processes including KPIs, bugs and issues.
- Work with relevant stakeholders as part of a broader go to market framework to drive successful product launches.
- Develop and manage the end-to-end process with various cross-functional teams, such as customer support teams, to resolve customer-related payment issues exceeding service-level metrics and providing the best possible customer experience
- Demand a customer-first approach and define and articulate the customer experience and impact for payments system, fraud detection and prevention activities.
