**As a Consultant, Workplace Relations you will be required to**:

- Use your high level know knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices you will provide advice and propose solutions to managers and clients on workplace relations issues including interpretation of legislation, industrial instruments, policies, systems, and practices.
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with work colleagues, senior management, officers from other agencies and the union to assist in promoting and monitoring contemporary workplace relations issues.
