**About the role**

**About you**
To be successful in this ER Coordinator role, you will be a highly organised and personable individual with an excitement to develop in the ER/IR space. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident working through a high volume of enquiries and balance competing priorities effectively. Your excellent written and verbal communications skills will enable you to confidently liaise with a broad range of employees across a dynamic and diverse workforce. Your can-do attitude and ability to contribute to a positive and fun team environment will ensure you are a great fit for our client’s incredible culture. Ideally, you will possess:

- Sound knowledge of ER/IR legislation, and an understanding of Government Regulators.
- Tertiary qualifications in ER, IR or HR.
- 2+ years’ experience in an IR/ER/HR Role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite.
