**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that leverage both digital and traditional platforms, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts by creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across platforms to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling multimedia content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos, that align with our branding and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and stay abreast of industry trends, drawing from your experience in strategic planning and communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and feedback on various platforms, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and customers.
- Analyze performance metrics from campaigns and social media activities, preparing reports to inform future marketing strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
- Coordinate traditional marketing efforts, such as print advertising and event promotions, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize outreach and foster collaborations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in both digital marketing and traditional marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation software, coupled with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
