Exciting employment opportunity for our new wellness hub in Narellan NSW.

Inspire Care is a fast-growing NDIS registered organisation that provides services to people with various disabilities. Our primary goal is to maintain and enhance the wellbeing of the people we support. We are looking for passionate support workers who use a person centred and strengths based approach.

The new wellness hub has 6 large office spaces and 3 large open plan areas with an adjoining indoor pool.

**The role**

We are looking for an experienced clinical manager with the following accreditation: Exercise Physiologist or OT or Physiotherapist.

**This opportunity is for someone who will strive to successfully, plan and design our new therapy hub**.

Full clinical oversight of the wellness hub, including all clinical reporting and documentation and managing of the clinical team.

Ensuring compliance with the NDIS practice standards.

Review clinical incidents, complaints and changes.
- **Experience working with people with a Mental Illness and Disability.**
- Experience managing a team.
- Ability to design and facilitate individual and group programs.
- A commitment to engage and align with organisational values.
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience, ability and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life of persons with disabilities.
- Capacity to identify and manage risk to ensure safety for all.

**Qualifications**
- 3+years paid experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain
- NDIS worker screening or willing to obtain.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and vehicle
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $60.00 per hour
