**The Company**

A major Global Bank is looking to improve service and product offerings by understanding Customers enquiries, actions and behaviour's to deliver high impact and tangible insights and results. Due to rapid growth the team are looking for multiple Customer Insights Analysts within the product, strategy & insights and collections space to join their amazing and high performing team.

**The Role**

Working with a passionate Insights Lead, you'll be participating in planning, forecasting, deep-dive portfolio & behavioural analyses and ultimately providing intuitive and actionable insights to improve business functions and customer experience.

You'll be well-versed in data discovery and manipulation, and have the goal of transforming business requirements into analytical approaches and insights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage reporting & analytics work streams which aim to use reporting, monitoring and predictive analytics to optimise process performance
- Use complex data and tools to understand aspects of process performance and explain performance trends to senior stakeholders and business partners
- Utilise data visualisation techniques to powerfully convey insights and facilitate data discovery
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within business units to improve service, reduce costs and manage risk within appetite

**About You**
- Min **3-4+ years' experience** in development of insights, metrics, evaluation and modelling - experience across banking and financial services a big plus
- Strong experience with querying languages (eg. SQL, SAS) or other data mining and manipulation tools
- Experience in building predictive analytical models (eg. Python) a big plus
- Experience with Tableau for effective data visualisation
- Solid communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders and turning business problems into meaningful insights.
