As a Sales Associate, this is an opportunity that will see yourself excel by gaining access to exceptional inhouse and external coaching and enable you to achieve your career goals.

**The fundamental responsibilities of this role include**:

- Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellers
- Buyer management
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Database management
- Attending photoshoots and staging appointments
- Facilitate building and pest, valuations, and pre-settlement inspections

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous Sales experience in some capacity
- Strong ability to build relationships with all types of clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills whilst working to deadlines
- Real Estate Sales License & a current driver's license
