**The Opportunity**

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Assess**:the current state of the workforce & proactively engage with teams to develop an understanding of business strategies and programs of work.
- ** Management**: Contribute to activities for planning, requirements analysis, and implementation by adopting/ developing/implementing an industry standard skills and capabilities framework.
- ** Advising**: Provide advice and support on practices to align recruitment, learning, promotion, and recognition to support the development of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- ** Develop**: And contribute to workforce planning documentation and create detailed reports for executive staff.
- Ability to work cohesively and communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholder groups.
- The ability to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
- Demonstrated project management competencies.
- Previous experience within workplace planning.
