Employment Type: Permanent- Location: Australia**The Role**:
This position will assist the Asset Management department by providing financial analysis and general analytical support for the Australian commercial real estate portfolio. Key tasks will include variance analysis, feasibility studies and general data collation for reporting required by the fund.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will assist in general asset management activities for the commercial office portfolio in Australia.
- Activities include maintaining portfolio databases such as tenancy schedules and CAPEX trackers in addition to other critical financial information.
- Assist in monitoring external property managers’ activities and deliverables.
- Assist in reviewing asset management or property management practices.
- Asset management reporting across the portfolio, which shall include preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and maintenance of financial models.
- Be across leasing activities, including potential financial analysis of prospective leases.
- Preparation and maintenance of financial reports and variance analysis,
- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, and financial modelling of assets, portfolio and fund.
- Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the assets under management to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be comfortable with numbers, proficient in Excel. Exposure to asset management software is beneficial.
- Ability to think out of the box.
