**The Purpose**:
Reporting to our IT Service Delivery Manager, this role is all about providing efficient IT Procurement services aligned with AP+ organisational governance and ensuring our IT Asset Management practices deliver desired outcomes.

A key focus of the role will be effectively identifying and managing risk; supporting seamless customer experience through proactively managing renewals; and reducing process friction.

**As the IT Procurement & Asset Analyst you will be responsible for**:

- IT Procurement Management.
- Contract Management
- Asset Management
- Vendor Management
- Related processes and procedures
- Reports directly related to the function
- Experience gathering and transforming data, compiling information and preparing reports.
- Ability to make sound administrative and procedural decisions and judgements aligned with agreed objectives.
- Highly developed communication skills with confidence to engage with both internal and external stakeholders (at all levels)
- Proven experience working in a similar IT procurement & contract administration role
- A demonstrated understanding of IT hardware & software asset management principles and methodologies
- High level of competence with MS Office (Excel & Word in particular)
