An established government agency is implementing an End User insight module within an Apptio for the management of end user devices and is currently looking for a Data Analyst to assist in the implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete initial asset baseline analysis across the fleet
- Understand the key elements of the data and ensure they have been gathered and aligned to the new tool / module and dashboard requirements
- Develop a monthly stocktake process across all stockhubs and warehouse locations
- Investigate missing assets and provide options as to how they can be recovered or written off
- Establish a process to record the asset status changes during its lifecycle

**To be considered for the role**
- Proven understanding of asset management principals
- Strong demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and data manipulation, especially in grouping and cleansing data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to develop and document processes in gathering asset data across the organisation
- Experience in using Apptio (preferred)
