**TEN Recruit** is looking for a Site Supervisor to work on a new project award for our client based down in the South West building a 500 man camp mine site accommodation This position would see you manage the day to day delivery of this project working on a 2/1 roster, DIDO

**Your responsibilities may include**:

- Management of day-to-day operations, onsite trades and team members.
- Compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Management of finances and procurement.
- Be accountable for project quality and delivery.
- Liaise with and be the first point of contact for clients.
- Manage sub-contractors and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and timely finish to the project.
- Conflict resolution as required.

**Essential criteria**:

- 3+ years previous experience as a Site Supervisor
- Proven experience successfully delivering projects in remote areas, ideally mine camp construction / refurbishment.
- Hold a valid White Card (construction induction)
- Dedicated commitment to the health and safety of employees at all levels
- Strong management and organisational skills
- Proactivity to follow issues through to conclusion
- Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership skills
- Be able to work on a 2/1 roster.

This position offers a salary in the range of $160k plus super working on a 2/1 roster DIDO.
