**Key responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for delivering client reports and databases accurately, and on time. Effectively managing a portfolio of FMCG clients, you will:

- Be accountable for the quality of client deliverables (Excel based/online databases and reporting).
- Be responsible for the updating and building of reports (Excel based/online).
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new requirements or changes to existing deliverables.
- Supporting internal teams in maintaining relations with clients, preparing quotes by providing effort required, time estimates or assessing feasibility of requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting system support to the client.
- Accurately assess client’s reporting and database requirements.

**We’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or similar
- Previous experience working as an analyst in any sector (FMCG desirable)
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex data for the relevant audience
