- ** Collaborate for Impact**: Work cross-functionally to optimise end-to-end category performance.
- ** Negotiate for Advantage**: Partner with suppliers to optimise product assortment and pricing.

**What You Bring**
- Extensive women’s apparel category management experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive growth
- Customer-focused, with strong trade relationship experience
- Strategic and analytical mindset, leveraging insights to make data-driven decisions
- Skilled at building relationships across departments, suppliers, and partners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools and reporting systems
