**About the role**

Due to our expanding customer base, we require an experienced retail sales asistant (you don't need to have worked in the industry), to drive the client facing elements of the business - sales pool water testing.

We are seeking a highly organised, customer service oriented person that will:
Generate sales through product knowledge (we'll teach you this if you're new to the industry) and ability to match products to clients needs and build ongoing relationships with them,

Field enquiries both in store and over the phone with clients. Assisting with service bookings as required.

Maintain the retail store ensuring it is visually appealing and increases sales.

You'll be joining an established team that work well together but really need you to support our sales and retail framework and help maintain a strong, process driven environment.

The role is available part-time for the right applicant. Weekend shifts are involved.

Pool Industry experience is not necessary, but helpful if you have it - we can train you in this.

Retail experience will be highly regarded.

Experience in an administration role or exceptional demonstrable administration/organisational skills are needed.

**Job Types**: Casual, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
