We are looking to expand our team with a qualified **Customer Service Representative**.
Ideally someone local that can fit straight into our team and assist our customer service team.

Needs to be flexible with work within the office and be a team friendly person with great customer service and computer skills in the Mona Vale Area for a mail order company dealing with elderly customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Job role to include:

- Answering customer queries over the phone/computer.
- Taking orders over the phone.
- Dealing with customer returns.
- Dealing with customers in the showroom.
- Data Processing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour
