We are currently seeking a **HR Coordinator/HR Advisor **, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager - Australia to join our Human Resources team located in Perth, Western Australia on a permanent basis.

**About the Job**

As a HR Coordinator/HR Advisor you will work to support on a range of HR activities across the Australia office, along with interfacing with regional and global teams.

You will be responsible for:

- Provide advice to managers and personnel in relation to Australian employment legislation including the Fair Work Act, applicable Modern Awards, and human resources best practice;
- Manage all aspects of international mobility and provide advice to managers and internal stakeholders in relation to local, regional, and global mobility policies and procedures;
- Support the implementation and maintenance of new and existing Human Resource Information Systems including acting as primary liaison with regional and global support teams;
- Provide technical support to the business in relation to all HR systems in a timely and professional manner, including the provision of training to individuals or groups as required;
- Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and conduct regular audits with local departments, management accounting and payroll;
- Complete monthly headcount reporting, including Regional and Corporate reporting requirements
- Manage end-to-end employment lifecycle changes, ensuring that all internal processes, procedures and applicable Australian legislation are adhered to;
- Ensure the employee onboarding process is completed accurately and efficiently, including preparation of employment contracts;
- Conduct regular induction sessions to familiarise new starters with the Australian office procedures and practices;
- Support the Human Resources Manager - Australia in the rollout of corporate initiatives including the annual objectives campaign, salary and promotion review, performance appraisals, talent review and bonus administration.

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (desirable);
- High level of computer literacy including advanced MS Excel Skills;
- Demonstrable technical understanding of current human resource legislation and best practice;
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience;
- Experience facilitating international or interstate mobility activities (desirable);
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to work;
- Excellent planning and organisation skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong time management skills;
- Strong work ethic including a high level of accountability and reliability;
- Appreciation of and commitment to ensuring appropriate confidentiality is maintained for HR information and data.
