Permanent opportunity for a HR Coordinator

**Your new role**

Your new role will be responsible for the overall coordination and administration of the groups wide range of human resources projects and initiatives that support national and international operations.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Manage and champion Human Resources Information System, with a strong focus on providing accurate information to internal stakeholders and other related systems.
- Preparing and producing key data reports related to people metrics across the national and international business units.
- Maintaining and coordinating national training matrix.
- Assist in continuous improvement by assisting the HR department in developing and implementing new processes.
- Oversee the management of National Apprentice Program.
- Coordinate and manage any HR-related projects, including new initiatives in culture development and employee engagement.
- Assisting with ER/IR matters as required. e.g. Probation reviews, grievances, remuneration reviews etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification related to human resources or equivalent (Essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- A stickler for the finer details - accuracy of information will be essential.
- Be highly experienced with MS Office Suite - specifically Excel.
- Invested in building and fostering internal & external relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously as part of a team.
