We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Coordinator to join the team in Perth. Our WA team are experiencing a period of growth, the successful person will need to be able to hit the ground running and be willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Reporting into the HR Manager, Southern Region your key responsibilities will include:

- Being the first point of contact for any HR related enquiries
- Implementing and managing strategies to support the achievement of company objectives, including the reduction of turnover
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
- Providing support to the Operations team and Housekeeping managers on site
- Maintain and develop relationships with Job Providers
- Assisting with investigations and mediations at a site level
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to work across all aspects of Human Resources in a very operational role
- Demonstrated experience in an HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of relevant Awards and Fair Work legislation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volume work load
- An eye for detail and a focus on continual process improvement to drive efficiency
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds.
