The Mix Australia has been highly successful since launching Thermomix into the Australian market 20 years ago. Over recent years, the organisation has successfully diversified through the development of TheMix Shop which is an e-commerce marketplace for cookbooks, Thermomix accessories and premium kitchenware. The next step in our vision to become _‘The most loved premium kitchen marketplace’_ was to launch the Kobold VB100 cordless vacuum cleaner into Australia. Kobold is a sister brand to Thermomix - manufactured by the same German owner, Vorwerk.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to assist our Australian and New Zealand Customers, Team Leaders and Consultants.

To be successful, we are seeking a vibrant, energetic and outgoing person who ideally possesses the following skills and attributes:

- Clear and confident communicator
- Previous Contact Centre experience
- Genuine passion for service excellence in a high-volume environment, with a first call resolution mindset and eye for detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and effectively, as well as be able to empathise and manage sensitive customer interactions
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills along with an ability to multitask multiple enquiries
- Salesforce and NetsuiteERP experience is advantageous.
- Can-do attitude and quick learner

While familiarity with a Thermomix is great, it's more important that you share our values and are a great "culture fit". Training will be provided.
