**About the Role**

Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative. You will join a professional team who take pride in giving our customers an exceptional service experience possible. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating jobs.
- Full-time permanent position Monday to Friday
- Onsite located in Balcatta (Perth)
- Would also consider training a Junior who seeks a career in customer service.

**Criteria**
- Demonstrated ability of computer literacy using MS Office suite
- Experience in a similar position would be advantageous, particularly in the print industry or manufacturing environment
- Strong B2B Customer Service and communication skills a must
- Numerical aptitude with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organisational skills & an ability to multitask
- Team player with a mature & willing to learn attitude
- Strong work ethic
- An understanding of quality practices and procedures (preferred)
- Confident & self-motivated
- Work well both autonomously & as part of a team.

**How to Apply**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for gathering information for customer quotes
- Manage processing orders from the account management team
- Work alongside graphics department coordinating client artwork for our production team
- Work between departments to verify specifications ready for production
- Coordinate and negotiate delivery dates
- Centralising communication and liaising with the Operations team
- Manage website queries and responses.
