**About the role**
We are currently seeking a
**Boutique Assistant Manager** who has a sound and broad knowledge of fashion retail skills, is experienced in providing superior retail service, and is passionate about the growth and success of a business.

**Skills and experience**
- Strong interpersonal skills & immaculate personal presentation
- High standard of excellent customer service
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong ability to manage and work within a team
- Develop client relationships that will have a direct impact on sales growth
- Help the Boutique Manager nurture, train and develop a team of 12
- Luxury retail experience is not required
