Our People and Culture division are seeking a Senior Performance and Reward Consultant to leverage strong technical capability and stakeholder management, as they lead a portfolio of internal clients. The Allianz Australia Limited P&R team own all aspects of the AAL remuneration, benefits and recognition program activity, ranging from early careers to executive reward.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Partnering with key stakeholders across Allianz Australia on Performance & Reward policies, programs, and practices, providing exceptional service and a proactive approach to supporting business unit, divisional and group strategic goals
- Development and delivery of solutions for executive and broad-based employee populations
- Maintaining an accurate and comprehensive job evaluation framework, supported by robust market benchmarking data.
- Collaborating with HR teams to deliver performance management and benefits solutions. Managing the annual Remuneration Review cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion through effective coordination with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Manage and/or support the administration of the company's incentive programs, including equity schemes, data management, guidelines, nominations, invitations and measurement.
- Provide analysis and advice, and execute performance & reward changes, including regulatory, legislative and ER changes.
**About you**:
- Experience within performance and reward advice, either within a complex regulated environment or consulting environments. Preferred exposure to benchmarking, job grading, remuneration reviews, and employee benefits.
- Proficient in using HR systems, reporting, and remuneration review software, MS suite including data visualisation through Excel or PowerBI.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability, high attention to detail and ability to understand interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends, and links that inform judgment and solution.
- Proven ability to exemplify a customer-centric culture and behaviours at all levels of the organisation, demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally and operate strategically.
- Automation and process improvement capabilities are highly desirable.
