As a leader in their field, this prominent global financial services organisation will continue to be a market leader in their field. This is an initial 9 month contract to start in August/September.
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, this is a valued key strategic appointment, playing a crucial role in shaping a culture of performance and business excellence through the delivery of a contemporary and commercially relevant remuneration strategy.
This senior leadership position will have responsibility for regional remuneration operations, leading a team of nine remuneration specialists. Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, and part of a global remuneration team, the role will work across a number of countries and business units, where you set the strategy and enhancing existing systems and programs. As a member of the HR Leadership team, you will work collaboratively to identify and analyse information to support business decisions whilst ensuring all remuneration programs are linked to the organisation's drive for business excellence. There will be particular programs to implement, which have an organisational change component, such as the execution of new incentive schemes, etc.
Being an expert in the remuneration field, your experience will ideally be gained in large blue chip commercial companies with experience. Drawing upon your deep knowledge to formulate practices & processes that reflect the specific needs of a transformational business, you will be an agile facilitator of solutions and also willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done with strong leadership skills. Commercially attuned you will importantly demonstrate a strong ability in consulting within HR and directly to the business leaders.
Experience will be demonstrated in a similar role within an ASX environment.
