**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and curate content for client social media accounts.
- Schedule posts and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies.
- Create engaging captions and content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Proficient use of the Meta Business Suite for optimal social media management.

2. **Paid Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
- Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

3. **Copywriting and Communication**:

- Utilize excellent English literacy and copywriting skills to craft compelling content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

4. **Flexibility and Teamwork**:

- Enjoy a flexible work environment with the opportunity for part-time or full-time positions.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team to achieve shared goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management.
- Familiarity with the Meta Business Suite.
- Strong English literacy and copywriting skills.
- Previous experience in managing Google and Facebook paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytical skills to optimize and report on campaign performance.
