PhysioCare Pty Ltd is a well-established physiotherapy clinic known for delivering compassionate, patient-centred care. We're seeking a warm, organised, and enthusiastic **Medical Receptionist** to become the welcoming face of our practice and support our growing team. Located between our three clinics in Upper Mt Gravatt, Browns Plains and Forest Lake, you will be required to work between two clinics.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Booking and managing appointments via our practice management system
- Processing payments and handling Medicare and private health claims
- Supporting our physiotherapists with admin tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Helping maintain a clean, calm and welcoming environment for patients

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a medical or allied health reception role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and ability to multitask
- Comfort using technology and learning new systems
- A friendly and caring attitude with a commitment to patient care
- Team player with a proactive mindset

Applicant should have their own car and Australian Driver's Licence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
