**Role Description**

This is a causal on-site role for a Support Worker located in Sydney, NSW. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the well-being of clients. The Support Worker will also engage with clients and build positive relationships, collaborate with the team, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in providing practical support and assistance to individuals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (desirable)
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- NDIS Check
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Driver's license
- Reliable car

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
