**About the Role**:
You’ll be the energy and leadership behind a high-performing team, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. This role is hands-on, high-paced, and high-reward. You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring, and developing your team
- Delivering exceptional service in a busy cafe environment
- Managing day-to-day operations - from stock control to rostering
- Working closely with senior leaders to improve processes and grow profit
- Creating a clean, welcoming, and customer-first environment
- Jumping in wherever needed - no task is too small

- 2+ years of cafe, restaurant, or retail leadership experience
- A natural leader who builds trust and brings out the best in their team
- Strong customer focus with a passion for quality and service
- Organised, energetic, and calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
