Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Day to day running of cafe
- Assist in training and supervising staff, promoting team work and efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Opening and closing of café, including end of day reconciliation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high paced environment
- Produce high quality coffee at a fast pace
- Making sure communication runs smoothly between front of house and kitchen
- Ensure Food safety and occupational health and safety standards are adhered to
- Achieve budget targets and KPI
- Proven experience in café supervising/managing
- A passion for coffee, food and customer service
- Honesty, integrity and reliability
- Making sure communication runs smoothly between front of house and kitchen
- Love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
- Demonstrate a friendly personality and a have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
- A great eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
- Great time management
- Ability to learn quickly
- A positive attitude at all times
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional barista skills
- Food Safety certificate. Food safety Supervisor certificate would be an advantage
- Weekday and weekend availability

No split shifts or evening shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
