**About the Role**

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in identifying and hiring top-tier professionals across project delivery and consulting. You’ll recruit for roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers, Scrum Masters, and Solution Architects, supporting critical resourcing needs for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Industry (Account) Managers and Practice Executives to understand client needs and project demands.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough phone screens, interviews, salary negotiations, and reference checks.
- Align internal consultants to suitable projects, based on availability and capability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Demonstrated experience recruiting for project delivery and consulting roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of key consulting roles such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Change Managers, Scrum Masters, and Solution Architects.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and internal ATS systems.
- High attention to detail and commitment to managing confidential information with integrity.
- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is highly regarded.
- A team player mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
