We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Leader of the Credit Operations team, driving the strategic direction and initiatives for Credit Operations, whilst delivering a high performance culture. Reporting to the Head of Credit Operations, this role will give you significant autonomy and scope to build the right processes and strategy to deliver great outcomes for our Credit Operations business and to contribute to the overall organisational strategy.
- What you will do?- Develop, implement and manage an aligned strategy for the department in conjunction with the Head of Credit Operations encompassing people leadership, talent management, and functional specific plans, along with the supporting technologies to drive overall business objectives today and for the long term future landscape of the organization.
- Lead a diverse and high performing team and create an environment where great people choose to work.
- Empower, coach, guide, and mentor the team members to facilitate the operational plan and develop a High Performance Culture in Credit Operations.
- Grow, maintain and develop strong dealer and customer relationships and ensure an excellent level of service to the customers and dealers is maintained at all times.

- Essential to this role is your people leadership experience; we require a passionate leader who can motivate and inspire our people. Experience in achieving results through others in times of on-going change will also enable you to work effectively towards continuous improvement and innovation.
- As a driven leader with a growth mindset, you have a demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure, learning from others and calculated risks.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, especially managing external customer relationships is a must.
- A strong background in the Corporate and/or Dealer Credit field is essential to this role, ideally within a large-scale global organization. A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance (or related field) will also be highly regarded.
