An exciting opportunity is available for a Leader in Credit Operations, responsible for shaping the strategic direction and leading initiatives within the team. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit Operations, this position offers significant autonomy and responsibility to develop effective strategies and processes—delivering excellent results for our Credit Operations business and supporting the broader organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As the Corporate, Dealer Credit and Wholesale Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the department’s strategy. Working closely with the Head of Credit Operations, you will:

- Develop, implement, and manage a cohesive strategy for the department. This includes overseeing people leadership, talent management, and functional plans, as well as integrating supporting technologies to drive the organization’s business objectives both now and in the future.

- Supervise the analysis and timely review of corporate and dealer credit applications, ensuring strict adherence to both local and global credit policies and procedures, as well as Australian legislative requirements.

- Lead a diverse and high‑performing team, fostering an environment that attracts and retains talented individuals.

- Empower, coach, guide, and mentor team members to facilitate the operational plan and cultivate a high‑performance culture within Credit Operations.

- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers and customers, consistently delivering exceptional service to both groups.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

- Proven experience in people leadership, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Success in achieving results through others, especially during periods of continual change, will enable effective progress toward ongoing improvement and innovation.

- A solid background in the corporate and/or dealer credit sector, preferably gained within a large‑scale global organization.

- A growth‑oriented mindset, demonstrated by strong performance under pressure, openness to learning from others, and a willingness to take calculated risks.

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to construct detailed and logical analyses. Experience thriving in a fast‑paced environment and cultivating a high‑performing team culture is essential.

- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, particularly in managing external customer relationships.
