Allied Credit is a leading and well-established finance partner in the vehicle and leisure asset industry, with strategic alliances incorporating well-known car and motorcycle brands. We offer a range of finance solutions including white label, joint venture arrangements and floor plan finance. Our proprietary loan origination system supports our dealers and distributors to facilitate seamless, convenient and customer focussed finance solutions for consumers and businesses.
We have a new opportunity for recent graduates to fill two Settlement Specialist positions. These are administrative positions with a focus on finalising the loan process, reviewing compliance requirements and communicating effectively with internal and external parties.
What you will be doing
- Ensuring that all loan documents and supporting documentation is accurate, complete and meets Allied Credit's requirements.
- Assisting the dealer network with enquiries relating to settlements, customer accounts and credit.
- Liaising with and supporting the Sales team to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers through our processes.
- Being the conduit between our customers, introducers and our internal teams including Sales, Risk & Compliance, Credit and & Settlements.
- Ensuring welcome letters, loan documents and Terms and Conditions are sent to customers within the required post settlement timeframe.
- Performing relevant registrations for assets financed by Allied Credit via PPSR.
- Ensuring that Settlement documentation is stored correctly.
- Exercising constant vigilance for the risk of fraud and perform ad hoc asset and supplier checks as deemed appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to Industry legislation and regulatory guidelines.
Who are you?
- A recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Law, Finance or related discipline.
- Employment experience in a corporate environment, performing an administration or customer service role would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with capability to engage internal and external stakeholders in a professional and engaging manner.
- Strong and empathetic Customer Service focus and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Able to work in a fast and efficient manner, have excellent attention to detail and be confident in using your initiative at appropriate times.
