**About the Role**
Our Client is looking for an experienced FX Dealer to monitor and analyse the foreign exchange market, identify and execute trading opportunities, as well as secure post-trade processes.
In this role, you will help SME clients achieve their business and digitalization goals by helping them with their foreign exchange requirements. You must work actively to meet the payment requirements of these clients online and offline.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain existing and develop new client relationships through active outbound and inbound calls, providing relevant market updates and attending face to face client meetings;
- Execute and trade a corporate client book, working towards set KPI’s in a target-driven environment;
- Cross selling and up-selling products;
- Provide prospective and existing clients with support across online, payment and general queries, and booking transactions over the phone;
- Ensure all trades are compliant and the business is protected from unnecessary risk by actively sharing knowledge, experience, concerns and ideas with the immediate and wider deal teams;
- Ensure a smooth and fast transaction process by effectively managing stakeholders and building strong relationships.
**Qualifications**
- Strong background working in financial services, with FX experience is highly favourable;
- A high degree of motivation to work well autonomously and in a team environment;
- The ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks accordingly;
- Skills in prioritising, multitasking and self-management;
- Salesforce experience (desirable);
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Strong attention to detail.
