**About the role**

Lifecare Prahran Sports Medicine is seeking a friendly Client Services Officer (Receptionist) to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a **casual** role working 10-12 hours plus per week to support our Allied Health team in the Prahran clinic.

You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

You will enjoy working for **Prahran Sports Medicine **part of Lifecare, a well-established and busy clinic of 35 years, you will be working alongside a large multi-disciplined team, in a welcoming and supportive team environment.
