**About the Client**

Our client is a successful, award-winning film production and content studio. Founded in Melbourne, they work with some of the biggest brands across Australia, from fashion and lifestyle to corporate clients.

Their highly-skilled and tight-knit team deliver discerning, unique storytelling and intelligent strategy for digital and broadcast distribution. They offer a full-service approach to film production and content creation that extends from creative direction, scripting, production, film direction, cinematography, sound, and post-production.

**About the role**

You serve as the bridge between clients and the creative team, ensuring project costs, profitability, and client communication are in line. Working closely with the Creative Director, you contribute to growing the organisation’s reach.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful studio in a newly created role
- Please note that it is required that you h_old a current valid Victorian Driver’s License and can travel autonomously with full-time access to a vehicle._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement networking strategies, including establishing strategic partnerships, to expand market presence and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team to devise lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth strategies.
- Identify and attract new clients to expand the client base, supported by thorough market research and identification of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and negotiation techniques.
- Foster strong customer relations by serving as a point of contact, actively listening to clients' needs, facilitating communication with the creative team, and ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery of services.

**Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, client services, account management, or equivalent role, preferably in the creative industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with new and existing clients.
- Superior organisational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, advertising concepts, and market trends.
- Proficiency in presentation tools and reporting software.
- Hold a current valid Victorian Driver’s License and can travel autonomously with full-time access to a vehicle.
