The Gig
Part of our award winning team, you are the face of Ovolo South Yarra
- You light up a room - You will be the face of the hotel on front desk.
- Previous Front Office/ Reception experience is essential
- Bring it Attitude, willingness and happiness
- 5 Star standards, nothing less
- Scrub up nicely? Be yourself and be presentable
- A personality is needed, come & play
- Know how to make someone feel special? Deliver that service from the heart that can only come from you
- You will have energy and enthusiasm to embrace the culture that Melbourne offers
- Know about the IT stuff, Front Office systems essential
- ** 2-3 Shifts per week on a rotating roster (AM and PM shifts)** with the potential of increased hours for the right fit.

**The Shiny Happy Person**
- Your role is critical to the success of the hotel and you are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience, by providing the highest level of service which is unique and personal.
- You will deliver a prompt, personalised and courteous service with all guests, clients, agents and suppliers. You will greet guests and assist them fully, checking in, checking out, making reservations and interacting with guests to the highest of standards.
- You will accommodate all guest requests in a timely fashion and actively seek opportunities to build rapport with guests in order to create a memorable experience.
- You will take responsibility for a variety of front office tasks, ensuring that Ovolo standards are consistently delivered.
