**Overview**

This leading Wealth Management organisation is seeking a Manager, Project Risk to join their high-performing Enterprise Risk team. In this role, you will be accountable for supporting one or more project teams and the business in ensuring that risks and issues are effectively managed throughout the delivery process according to the Agile Delivery Methodology and Risk Management Framework. You will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation achieve successful outcomes by managing risks and issues effectively.

**To be eligible for this position, you must have**:

- A degree in a relevant field such as accounting, law, economics, or business
- Preferably, membership in a professional organisation like the Risk Management Institute of Australia or the GRC Institute
- Proven experience in risk and compliance management in the financial services industry, with a focus on supporting projects and transformation programs
- An understanding of Delivery and Delivered Risk / Risk in Change
- Knowledge of risk frameworks and risk mitigation programs in the financial services industry
- Experience with technology and/or information security (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in risk and compliance management tools, techniques, and best practices
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft papers for boards and committees
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise competing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral and written).
