About the Role

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support the delivery of key risk and compliance artefacts and initiatives as part of our Risk Transformation Program.

This is a 12 Month Max Term Contract role that will act as a subject matter expert and support the delivery of key risk and compliance artefacts and initiatives. Delivery will require extensive consultation with business stakeholders, and activities will be performed under the direction of Workstream leads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning Risk and Compliance Uplift work, including deliverables, outcomes and timelines, across all assigned streams.
  • Detailed knowledge of current and future state processes for each assigned initiative.
  • Supporting the development of program reporting and governance frameworks.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Experience as a subject matter specialist across operational risk and compliance domains.
  • Experience within risk and compliance transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, writing and communication skills.
