We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

**About the Role**
As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the practice, supporting our team, and delivering outstanding patient care. This role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for creating a welcoming, well-organised environment for both staff and patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and support a dynamic team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Manage patient experience, ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Handle team management, including rostering, performance support, and difficult conversations with professionalism and respect.
- Assist with optical dispensing and eyewear selection when required.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organised practice environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in optical dispensing is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing team dynamics.
- Organisational skills with a keen eye for efficiency and process improvement.
